Maywood Capital Partners was formed in 2008 to manage the early stage IT portfolio spun out from 3i Technology Partners. Led by Kevin Scott, former 3i partner, Maywood Capital is focused on driving value from that initial portfolio as well as seeking new primary and secondary investment opportunities. We are interested in investing $5M - $10M into later stage venture-backed business that are profitable or have established metrics that will lead to profitablity.
Kevin has broad experience in emerging software technologies with a track record of investing in enterprise applications, infrastructure, open source, and consumer internet. Kevin currently serves on the Boards of Fios, Intalio, CollegeNet, Intelliden, Discera, and Forte Design, among others. Prior to 3i, Kevin was a technology M&A partner at PwC. Kevin received his MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg Graduate School of Management and holds a BA in Political Economics from the University of California, Berkeley. |
